I live on Wellington in Verdun, and am finding the produce selection in the neighbourhood leaves to be desired. I've scoured the Metro, the Maxi and the IGA, La Pomme Verte, and a variety of the Asian markets on the strip, but I cannot for the life of me find Kale.

I've been running on the path along Lasalle in Verdun, on the waterfront, and it's great. I need to train on an actual track a few times. Where can I find one not too far from Verdun? I heard there was one in Lasalle, but I can't find evidence of that online. Do I really have to bike up to McGill or UdM to find a track?
